Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a provider or platform error, the Aura used is automatically refunded to your balance. You don't need to ask.

Unused Aura

You can request a refund for unused Aura purchased within the last 14 days. Refund amount = (unused Aura / purchased Aura) × purchase price.

Aura acquired via gift cards or promotions is not refundable for cash but can be re-issued as a new gift card on request.

How to request

Email support@aurora.studio from the address on your account with your payment reference. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
